Many dogs are known to bark a lot. This can be very difficult, especially if you need peace and quiet in the house. However, there are a number of dog breeds that are a perfect match for these kinds of people. These dogs are naturally very calm, so they cause little inconvenience.

Basenji

First of all, the Basenji. This dog breed barks very little by nature, partly due to the unusual shape of the larynx. This makes it very difficult to bark. This dog breed is known to yodel; another, much quieter form of barking.

Great Dane

Of course, the Great Dane is widely known for its size and appearance. What few people know, however, is that these dogs are naturally very calm. The dogs are easy to train and are therefore a perfect part of your family.

Bernese Mountain Dog

Also the Bernese Mountain Dog barks little. This calm but strong breed is very playful and can often be pored for a long walk. They have enough energy, but fortunately bark very little.

Both of these dog breeds are playful and incredibly cute with their falling cheeks in which you can squeeze for days. Although they can be a bit heavier, they are one of the smallest dog breeds that doesn’t bark. They like to sleep and spend a lot of time on the couch.
